Prevention of cancer returning: is there a solution?

Who have been diagnosed with cancer; often ask themselves what strategies exist to prevent tumor recurrence. There are no guarantees of non-recurrence but by using some tricks, you can continue to live consciously. Undoubtedly, cancer is of illness that most scientific studies are done about this. But the information on these diseases is more about the causes and prevention and still there is no clear answer to this question: "After cancer treatment there are what ways to prevent the occurrence of it again"? This question is increasingly important because more people survive from this disease than ever. A healthy lifestyle combined with high mobility, balanced diet and a healthy weight can increase quality of life and reduce the side effects of cancer treatment. Based on today's knowledge, most of these positive effects are depended on the amount of energy balance in the body. Those amounts of energy that are coming by nutrition are reduced by exercise. This exercise should be to an extent that extra fat is not stored.
 The role and importance of exercise:
In 2010 American College of Sports carried out a comprehensive evaluation of 85 conducted research about exercise after cancer treatment. Based on this, mobility improves the body's function and quality of life and reduces the boredom or fatigue caused by treatments. But some cancer specialists have doubts about these results. In 2015, French researchers reviewed eight researches about physical activity and early stage breast cancer. Women, who have high sport activity during the study period, are 50 percent less likely to die of cancer or other diseases. But other researchers are disagree with this conclusion and say, "it is not true to say that exercise reduces the risk of death by 50 percent, but better to say we should encourage the patient to physical activity".
